1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Contact us at info@byvidya.in with your order ID and reason for return before shipping the item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products.

• Opened packaging or personalized items.

• Discounted or clearance sale products.

3. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
